DESCRIPTION:Clean the Bay Day! \nSaturday\, May 2\, 2026 \n9am – 12 noon \n101 Short St.\, Waynesboro \nJoin us in helping Hershey support the Chesapeake Bay Foundation’s Clean the Bay Day by cleaning up along the banks of the South River! \nAll materials will be provided. \nMeet at the Dominion Shelter in Constitution Park at 101 Short Street at 9 am to get gloves\, bags\, and other items. \nREGISTER using the QR code above or this link. \nFeel free to bring family and friends. \nWear Water Shoes and Clothing that May Get Wet! \nKayaks and Canoes are welcome! \nAfterwards\, stick around to enjoy the Reptile Show\, Wildlife Center of Virginia animal ambassadors\, canoe rides\, food trucks\, and Great South River Duck Race at Riverfest. Come visit our SRWC table for the Macroinvertebrate Tank and enter to win one of our five raffle bags with Hershey’s goodies\, Grand Caverns special tickets\, SRWC swag\, and more!
