AECOM’s Fall 2017 post-construction maintenance inspection (conducted 2017-12-06) of the Constitution Park Bank Management Area (South River AOC 4) found installed bank-stabilization features intact (rock toe, LWD, coir logs, geocell) with sediment deposition. Herbicide treatments and extensive Japanese knotweed have reduced planted cover; foot traffic exposed erosion control fabric. Planned actions include revised invasive management and replanting.
