Serving Waynesboro, Augusta County & the Shenandoah Valley

Slide deck describing a pilot in-situ optical monitoring study deployed at RRM 11 (Augusta Forestry Center) from March 31–May 17, 2016. Instruments and discrete sampling were used to build PLS optical models for TSS, POC, PIC, DOC and mercury species. Models were robust for most constituents except dissolved Hg; particulate Hg/MeHg tracked storm-driven flow events.
