Slide deck reports laboratory sediment-amendment microcosm tests (14-day, five replicates) using RRM 4.0 sediment to evaluate Thiol SAMMS, powdered activated carbon (PAC), and Cetco MRM organoclay. Results show PAC reduced porewater Hg and MeHg and influenced biological uptake; SAMMS and MRM had different effects. Proposed next steps include a 12-week study, testing char versus PAC, and repeat worm uptake experiments.
