Community Involvement

News & Events

The South River Watershed Coalition participates in and supports local events to share news and information and support outreach opportunities that inform and educate the community, residents, businesses, and visitors on watershed protection and conservation to preserve the South River as a resource for future generations.

The Coalition provides information on activities to enhance the watershed, answer questions, and offer resources and learning opportunities at large, annual events like Riverfest, as well as in smaller settings like high school classrooms.
