Serving Waynesboro, Augusta County & the Shenandoah Valley

This AECOM memorandum documents a June 13, 2019 leaf-on maintenance inspection of the Constitution Park Bank Management Area (BMA) in Waynesboro, VA. Inspectors found generally stable bank conditions, intact rock toe, coir logs, geocell and erosion-control fabric, and increased native vegetation following spring repairs. Minor exposed geocell, localized scour, foot‑traffic wear, groundhog burrows, and remaining Japanese knotweed were noted; further monitoring planned.
