Serving Waynesboro, Augusta County & the Shenandoah Valley

AECOM conducted a post-construction maintenance inspection of the Constitution Park Bank Management Area on June 21, 2018 and issued a memorandum dated November 30, 2018. Inspectors found intact bank-stabilization features (rock toe, LWD, coir logs, geocell), increased native vegetation and reduced Japanese knotweed, limited fabric exposure from foot traffic, and no significant scour.

Review Notes : The PDF contains an AECOM memorandum dated 2018-11-30 summarizing a June 21, 2018 inspection and appendices; a DEQ acknowledgment letter dated 2019-04-23 is also included. I selected the memorandum date (2018-11-30) as document_date and categorized the file as a remediation monitoring report because it documents post-construction bank-management maintenance and inspections.
