AECOM conducted a leaf-off maintenance inspection of the Constitution Park Bank Management Area (BMA) on February 4, 2019 and issued a memorandum dated March 4, 2019. The BMA was generally stable with increasing native vegetation and reduced Japanese knotweed; localized erosion with exposed geocell and torn erosion-control fabric was observed and corrective actions were planned for March 2019.

Review Notes : The PDF contains multiple dates: the field inspection occurred Feb 4, 2019 (stated) and the AECOM memorandum is dated Mar 4, 2019; a DEQ letter acknowledging receipt is dated Apr 23, 2019. I used the memorandum date (2019-03-04) as document_date. Category chosen as South River Remediation Documents because this inspection documents remedial bank-management features for the AOC4 remediation.
