Poster describing a site-specific application of the BASS bioaccumulation model to simulate methylmercury (MeHg) trophic transfer in the South River, Virginia. The model modeled MeHg in common shiner, redbreast sunfish, and smallmouth bass, matched empirical data closely, found dietary uptake responsible for 91–95% of MeHg, and was used to evaluate fisheries and remediation scenarios.
